Doors disappear into the wallpaper through printed door panels

For De Zorggroep, Qpanel was able to provide an interior solution for residents with dementia. The aim was to ‘disappear’ the functional walking routes of the nursing staff into the interior, so that the residents could not find it.

With the Cruse scanner we first made a digital scan of the existing wallpaper. Our design and lithography department then fine-tuned the colors with precision and we had various samples printed. With these tests in hand, Qpanel has be able to make the right choice of material for the door panels, so that they can no longer be distinguished from the wall.
